PRE-KINDERGARTEN (K3) & KINDERGARTEN (K4) FEES:
The school day will run 8-11:30am. All children must be 3 or 4 years old by September 1st and must be completely potty trained.
Half Days (M-F): $3,360
K3 – 8TH GRADE FEES:
The school day will run 8am– 3pm.
Full Days (M-F): $4,800
Tuition for 5th–8th Grades includes Annual Chromebook cost as well as a fee for consumables and field trips.

The average cost to educate a student at St. John’s is $11,500.
The congregation graciously subsidizes the difference between tuition and the cost to educate.
WHAT DOES YOUR TUITION COVER?
Your tuition dollars cover many areas within the school. The biggest expense is faculty and staff salaries and compensation. The next area would be curriculum and classroom supplies. Tuition only covers a portion of what it costs to educate each child. The difference in cost to educate is supplemented by the St. John’s Congregation. The 7th Grade has an additional fee of $145 due to Outdoor Ed. Also included in Tuition for 5th –8th graders is the cost of Chromebooks (including maintenance and warranty ).
All 5th—8th Grade Students will be issued a Chromebook for academic use in the classroom as well as for use on their homework. This will be a great tool for our middle schoolers as they learn and prepare for High School. They will bring their Chromebook to school each day. Once students graduate 8th Grade, they may buyout the remaining cost of their Chromebook and it is theirs to keep. The more years a student uses it the smaller the buyout. The buyout is OPTIONAL and will be calculated when needed.
A Parent /Student Chromebook agreement will need to be signed at the time of enrollment to ensure proper use and financial responsibility is understood. Further details regarding the Chromebook will be explained and included in the Parent Handbook.
Enrollment/Re-enrollment Commitment Fee:
There are three fee options based on when families choose to enroll or re-enroll. The fee paid will come off of the tuition owed except for the last option of which $100 goes to technology.
- December 1- December 31, 2022 will be a non refundable fee of $50
- January 1, 2023-January 31, 2023 will be non refundable fee of $150
- February 1st or after will be a non refundable fee of $300 with $100 going towards technology.
ASSESSMENT FEE :
New students entering K4-8th will be charged a $35 assessment fee per student.
- There will be no assessment fee for students coming from St. John’s childcare.
ADMISSION AND ENROLLMENT (Enrollment NOW OPEN)
All admission (new families) and enrollment (current families) applications will be completed through TADS. A link to the admission and enrollment process will be emailed to families through TADS. If you have any questions you may contact the office. Please visit https://mytads.com/a/stjohnsglendale to complete admissions and/or enrollment applications. So that we may begin to plan and staff for next year, we ask that you enroll on TADS as soon as possible so that we can begin to get a count for next year’s enrollment.
TADS is an online service that we have partnered with to collect admission and enrollment paperwork, financial aid applications, and tuition payments.
If you will be enrolling your child with the Milwaukee or Wisconsin Choice Programs you would also need to complete the online application in addition to re-enrolling on TADS.
No commitment fee necessary if applying through Choice.

Resources for Parents Applying to Choice Programs:

All tuition payments are made through TADS. Families will receive information regarding their account setup and tuition agreement via their email address. All TADS accounts must be setup at the time of enrollment. Account setup is necessary so that you may select a payment agreement, and allow us to generate billing statements. Tuition Payments will begin in August.
Tuition assistance forms will be available from the school office. All supporting documentation must be submitted to the office no later than May 31, 2023 to be considered. Tuition assistance is not guaranteed and is limited. Families being awarded funds will be notified no later than June 15th, 2023.
There is a 20% discount for a 2nd child enrolled, a 30% discount for 3rd child enrolled and a 40% discount for a 4th child enrolled at the $4,800 full day rate. We also offer a discount for payment in full by Aug 15th.
Those discounts are as follows:
- 2nd child tuition is $3,840
- 3rd child tuition is $3,360
- 4th child tuition is $2,880
- A discount of $100 per family will be applied to families paid IN FULL by August 15th.
Current families referring new families, will receive a referral discount of $200 for each new family enrolled. The completion of enrollment by BOTH current and new families must be finalized by June 30th. The new family must be enrolled through the end of the 2nd Quarter for the current family to receive the discount.
An early payment discount will apply to those families who pay IN FULL by August 15th. Families will receive a $100 discount per family.
